“Life has an interesting, maddening way of presenting us with struggles and road blocks. Most people come to me because they are feeling overwhelmed or unhappy-with life, school, adoption, parenting, relationships or trauma experience. I am here to help whether it is individual or family therapy. We will work together collaboratively to help navigate the journey to healing and feeling better. I use a developmental lens, trauma-informed techniques and a systems focus to help identify and change problematic patterns or to work through past or current trauma. I can effectively help you get unstuck and moving forward with your goals.”
