“Life has a way of presenting us with struggles. Most people come to me because they are feeling overwhelmed or unhappy- with life, school, adoption, parenting, relationships or trauma experience. I am here to help whether it is with individual, couple or family therapy. We will work together collaboratively to help navigate the journey to healing and feeling better. I use both a developmental lens and systems focus to help identify and change problematic patterns or to work through past or current trauma. I can effectively help you get unstuck and moving forward with your goals and enjoying life.”
