Every May, Foster Adopt Minnesota hosts a 5k. The proceeds of this event goes directly towards providing a $200 shopping spree to as many kids in foster care as possible! Last year, over 200 children in foster care across the entire state of Minnesota, were able to go on a back-to-school shopping trip in August 2023.
Each year we have a variety of resource tables to provide information about becoming a foster parent, supports & other topics of interest to adoptive, foster and kinship families.
So, come walk your dog, push your stroller, or run through a 5K with us. It’s a great way to be active with your family while supporting Minnesota kids in foster care.
