Foster Adopt Minnesota’s programming is funded in part through the Permanency Services Support Grant, administered by the Minnesota Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF). This grant supports services and resources for Minnesota’s kinship, foster, and adoptive communities and helps ensure families and professionals have access to statewide, centralized pre- and post-permanency supports
Grant Information Required by MN Statute 16B.98, Subd. 5(d)
Effective July 1, 2025, Minnesota Statute 16B.98, Subdivision 5(d) requires grantees to publicly list the organization’s leadership and the staff responsible for managing and overseeing state grant contracts. Foster Adopt Minnesota provides this information below.
