Welcome to Circus of the Heart’s Virtual Engagement Activities! We’re excited to celebrate with you through a variety of fun activities leading up to Circus of the Heart on November 7. Check out the schedule below for activity information and helpful instructions to participate.

All activities include opportunities to be entered into prize drawings for gift cards and other prizes (eligibility rules apply). We can’t wait to see the creativity, stories, and memories you share throughout the week!

Ready to share your recipe? Submit your recipe, recipe story, and non-identifying photo (optional) and complete the release/consent form found at the bottom of this page by November 7 at 11:59 p.m. Central.

**Please note: the release/consent is optional. You may still submit a recipe and be eligible for the gift card drawing (eligibility rules apply) without agreeing to release or consent. However, if a community cookbook is created, a completed release/consent will be required before your recipe, recipe story, or photo can be published.

Ready to share your Family Art Project? Once your collage is complete, submit a non-identifying photo of your finished project and complete the release/consent form found at the bottom of this page by November 6 at 9:00 a.m. Central.

**Please note: the release/consent is optional. You may still participate in the Family Art Project and be eligible for the gift card drawing (eligibility rules apply) without agreeing to release or consent. If you would like your submitted photo to be shared publicly, a completed Release and Consent Form is required.

This form allows you to indicate whether your submitted materials, such as photos, recipes, recipe stories, artwork, or other activity entries, may be shared publicly by Foster Adopt Minnesota and the Department of Children, Youth, and Families in connection with the 2026 Circus of the Heart Virtual Engagement Activities. Completing this form is optional. You may still participate in activities and be eligible for associated gift card prize drawings (eligibility rules apply) if you choose not to grant consent. However, if consent is not provided, your submitted materials will not be shared publicly, displayed, published, or included in promotional materials, presentations, community projects, social media, websites, or publications. Contact virtualcircus@fosteradoptmn.org with any questions about the Virtual Engagement Activities or if you have difficulties with submission.
