Exciting News!

Stay Connected Through BiP

We’re making communication easier and more secure! You can now choose to receive all Adoption Assistance communications directly through the Benefits Information Portal (BiP).

Here’s the plan:

1. Log In

2. Check the box to enroll in BiP communications.

3. Send messages and upload documents directly to your payment specialists.

4. Receive documents, notices, and messages securely in one place.

5. Get an email alert whenever a new message is waiting for you in BiP.

Once you have agreed to the required attestation, your payment specialist can send and receive documents and communication related to your child/ren.

Your payment specialists will send your communications through BiP instead of by email making it faster, simpler, and more convenient to stay informed!

Post-Secondary Educational Benefits

Youth adopted from foster care or who are currently in foster care may qualify for certain post-secondary educational benefits. Youth may qualify for benefits based on age when adopted, if they are in extended foster care until age 21, if they have American Indian heritage, or if their family meets certain income guidelines.
