As your counselor, I aim to work with you to make sure you have the right tools and support to you in navigating life and your mental health. I believe in the importance of centering your values and needs in our work together. Through collaboration, I want to support you in identifying your needs, and how to enact meaningful change in your life. I work primarily with children (ages 6+), adolescents, and young adults impacted by trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, identity, interpersonal issues, and coping with symptoms of mental health. Historically, I have worked in in-patient settings, schools, and community mental health.

I have specialized training in navigating grief, and the impacts of developmental trauma. I am certified in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics and have completed a certification in grief counseling. In session I use a variety of approaches including CBT, DBT, art, play, sensory-informed approaches, and mind-body approaches.
