FAM’s Kinship Self-Care & Resource Fair

In celebration of Kinship Month, Foster Adopt Minnesota will be hosting our annual Kinship Self-Care & Resource Fair for kinship caregivers on Tuesday, September 29th, 12:00-4:00PM, at the Brooklyn Park Community Activity Center (5600 85th Ave N, Brooklyn Park, MN 55443)! The event is focused on caregivers and parents, so we won’t have child/teen programming. If childcare will be a barrier for you, your children are welcome to join us as well.

Join us for valuable resources, community connections, self-care opportunities, and a chance to explore our Foster Adopt Shop!

Guests will be treated to food, self-care gifts, prizes, and more!

This event is primarily geared towards adults, with a focus on sharing resources and support for kinship caregivers. We understand that attending without your child or children may not be possible for everyone. If you need to bring them along, there will be a few light activities available to help keep them engaged while you participate. Please note that childcare will not be available and all parents and caregivers must be responsible for supervising their children throughout the duration of the event.
