I am a licensed mental health and addictions counselor with nearly 20 years higher education, training, and professional clinical experience. The work I do in private practice is informed by my broad range of experiences in community mental health as a suicide prevention lifeline counselor, mental health case manager, co-occurring treatment therapist, and mental health advocate, just to name a few.

My clients are primarily Asian, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples working on a variety of mental health matters ranging from anxiety and depression, grief and loss, recovery, attachment, identity, and complex trauma. Outside of counseling, I also provide mentorship/allyship and support for adult Adoptees traveling to their homeland or who are working on cultural and intangible heritage reclamation.

I am a board certified supervisor and offer individual or group hours for practitioners who are working towards licensure.
