Beginning or reengaging in the process of therapy takes much courage, and it may be accompanied by many feelings, including those of hope, apprehension and fear. I use a person-centered and strengths-based approach; you are the expert and author of your story. In our collaboration, I will demonstrate respect, honor your decisions and values, provide a space to carry hope, celebrate growth and strengths, and ask the hard questions to explore and challenge maladaptive patterns to support your goals. I believe every person is capable of growth, healing, and change, and to be invited along on this journey is an incredible privilege.
