Coming to therapy can be one of the bravest actions we can take. My work with children and adolescents focuses on the therapeutic relationship and enhancing feelings of safety, security, and connection both internally and with others. Some of my areas of experience include: complex trauma, anxiety, depression, domestic abuse, and emotion regulation.

I am passionate about working with children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds and focus on meeting clients within a framework that is centered in dignity, culturally-responsive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based. I utilize play therapy in addition to other modalities to allow children to process challenges and stressors in a way that is more natural to their development.

I am a certified Anchor Relational Therapy (formerly AIR Network) therapist and have received comprehensive training in play therapy, attachment, EMDR, and DBT. Through an integrative approach, I work to partner with clients and families, to support the client’s growth in who they are becoming.
