Barb Clark works at the North American Council on Adoptable Children (NACAC) and provides training on trauma-informed strategies, post adoption support, & her personal passion, FASD. She is committed to improving the education and lives of individuals who were prenatally exposed to drugs and alcohol. Barb has a B.I.S. in Youth Studies from the University of Minnesota but has learned more through parenting than any degree could ever teach.
