I provide in-person or virtual therapy in Burnsville, Minnesota for adults and teens who have experienced relationship challenges, past trauma, life transitions, anxiety, or loneliness. I work frequently with young adults and teens who have experienced attachment-related challenges and trauma.
I integrate expressive arts like movement, mindfulness, art therapy, nature, and writing as sensory-based ways to process emotions related to adoption and foster care. I value empathy, empowerment, and building relationships.
I help clients process past trauma with EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) to heal from the past and move toward growth and transformation. I work with clients who have experienced complex trauma using attachment-informed trauma treatment.
