I’m a therapist with over a decade of experience in community based advocacy, child welfare, adoption, and permanency. My primary passion and experience is in ICWA and supporting the sovereignty of Native American nations. This work is also personal to me—I’m an adoptive parent through ICWA, which deeply shapes how I understand family, identity, and belonging.

I’m passionate about helping families thrive post-permanency. I support children and caregivers navigating attachment trauma, sensory differences, and special education needs, and bring particular expertise in transracial adoption. I work closely with white parents to explore bias, deepen cultural understanding, and build the skills needed to parent while centering anti-racism and the lived experiences of transracial adoptees.

I’m a strong advocate for birth and first families and for children staying meaningfully connected to the people they love. Grounded in social justice, anti-racism, and cultural humility, I draw from systemic family therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and narrative therapy to support healing, connection, and lasting growth.

This therapist is in the process of adding in-network coverage for all other major insurances, Medicaid, and Medicare. This provider also offers a private pay option at $150 per session.
