Stephanie has been in the social work field since 2001 after graduating from Minnesota State University with a BA in social work. She earned a Master’s Degree from University of North Dakota in 2011. She is licensed in ND and MN as a Licensed Certified Graduate Social Worker. She has worked with all populations from birth to elderly in the acute care and home care settings. She is currently completing certifications in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Permanency and Adoption Competency. She has completed a certification in Infant Mental Health. She has a passion for the adopted child and trauma.
Stephanie grew up in the Fargo Moorhead community and has remained here ever since. She resides with her husband and four beautiful children. All of the children have joined her family through either domestic or international adoption from Africa. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, exercising, and relaxing at the lake.
