Sara Stallman has been providing mental health and early intervention services to children and their families for the last 18 years. She grew up in a small farming community and later attended Concordia College, Moorhead. She received her Master’s in social work at Augsburg University, Minneapolis.

Sara is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Minnesota and North Dakota.

Sara works with all ages on issues related to anxiety, depression, attachment, attentional concerns, behavioral challenges and grief/loss. She recognizes that family is vital to the treatment process.

Sara is Nationally Certified in TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and accredited in Permanency and Adoption Competency, working to help survivors heal through their individual journeys.. Sara has completed a number of certifications related to assessing and treating birth to age five, recognizing early intervention empowers caregivers. She is also a Certified Grief Counselor.

Sara has years of multi-state teaching experience including parents, educators, child welfare workers and other various professionals on topics related to identifying mental health concerns, early intervention, teaming across barriers, building attachment tools, grief & loss and diagnosing. Sara is also an approved supervising licensing provider helping other professionals grow their clinical skills.

Sara and her husband have three kids and have been licensed foster parents in Clay County.
