I specialize in working with teenagers, young adults and families as they navigate complex emotional and relational challenges. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care using proven integrated approaches such as eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy as well as dialectal behavioral therapy. With deep understanding of this age range I hold hope that meaningful change is possible, whether through individual, group or family therapy.

I strive to create a safe, validating space where clients can begin to heal and move toward growth. Together we’ll explore what might be underneath the withdrawal, burnout or shutdown. We’ll uncover patterns and build insight around what may no longer be working. From there, we’ll create a practical plan with real tools to help your teen or young adult feel more confident.

I know how important it is to find a therapist who truly fits. If you’re curious whether I might be a good match, please give me a call and I’d love to chat.
