I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in ND, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in MN, and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) through the National Board of Certified Counselors. I have been counseling in the Fargo/Moorhead community since 2014. I have a strong background in trauma, especially related interpersonal violence or human sex trafficking. I also have experience in working with those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, post-partum wellness, adjustment difficulties, and relationship struggles. I am trauma trained and have been certified in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I especially enjoy working with teens and young adults, although I have worked with people of all ages (as young as 5 years old). I strongly believe in empowerment and connection when working with clients and usually incorporate different styles and techniques to best suit the individual.
Note: Although the tier “Young Child (3-6)” is selected, this provider works with clients ages 4 and up.
