Through my work, I provide systemic therapeutic services for people of all ages and family systems. I offer support for individuals and relationships of all kinds. I have specializations in working with the LGBTQ+ community, military families, children ages 0-5 and their families, rural communities, and adoptive/biological families. I have obtained certifications with DC 0-5 and Permanency and Adoption Competency Certificate (PACC).

I employ various therapeutic techniques, including but not limited to, narrative therapy, emotionally focused therapy, experiential therapy, play therapy techniques, attachment-focused therapy, mindfulness, and collaborative language. I focus on getting to know my clients and their families, fostering a positive relationship to be present with them on their journey to well-being. I strive to address the cultural concerns and stressors that have an impact on people every day, such as ethnicity, sexual orientation, beliefs/philosophies, gender, age, and disability.
