Adoption Support Network

Adoption Support Network, provides support for adoptive parents, adoptees, parent support groups and kinship caregivers in the Metro and outstate areas of Minnesota. Check https://www.nacac.org/connect/support-for-minnesota-adoptive-families/

Children’s Home Adoptee Support Group for Kids (Ages 5-13)  

Preregistration is required prior to the first session in the series.

In our adoptee support groups, we engage in age-appropriate discussions and activities to help build connections among adoptees. Each group is open to adopted children and their families, regardless of placing agency. In addition to the Adoptee Group, a corresponding Parent Group will take place at the same time.

Minnetonka Middle School Adoption Groups

Minnetonka Middle School Adoption Groups, an adoptee peer support group for middle school students in the Minnetonka Public School District
When: One day a week, rotating class periods, during the school year
