The locations of the agency and organization logos along the roadmap (starting from the top) indicate where families may encounter each agency or organization’s services throughout their permanency journey. The top of the roadmap is where a permanency journey may begin (pre-adoption) and the bottom of the roadmap shows the organizations that provide post-permanency services to families. (Please note that most of the agencies/organizations provide both pre- and post-permanency services and supports.) The bottom of the road is left open to symbolize the never-ending journey of adoption and permanency.
