Certificates of Attendance for Live Zoom Webinars:

Q: How do I get a Certificate of Attendance (COA)?

Attend the live Zoom webinar in its entirety.
Register in the COA database using the same email address that you used to register for the Zoom training.
Watch for an email notification when your certificate is available in the COA database.
Log in to the COA database to view, download, and access all of your certificates.

Q: What is the COA database?

A: The COA database houses all your certificates of attendance as well as the presenters’ handouts. Certificate of Attendance (COA) login

Q: I already have an account, why can’t I log in?

A: Please note the account to register for trainings and the COA account are separate. The COA database is connected to your email that you use to register for trainings. It is important to use that same email when creating a database account.

Q: When I clicked ‘forgot password’ I didn’t get an email.

A: This indicates you do not have an account associated with that email.

Q: I watched the webinar with a partner, how do they get a COA?

A: Live webinar attendees must register individually and watch on their own device for proper tracking.

Q: I attended the webinar, why didn’t I receive a certificate?

A: Our Zoom records must indicate you attended a majority of the webinar to receive a certificate of attendance. If you have not received a COA within 5 business days, please reach out to edu@fosteradoptmn.org.

You will need to use the order number from your emailed receipt along with your email address to access the pre-recorded webinar.

Directions for Certificate of Completion (COC) for pre-recorded webinar and podcasts:

To receive a COC for a recorded webinar, go to https://fosteradoptmn.org/webinar-test/ and complete the questionnaire. For each webinar you are allowed two (2) COC.

To receive a COC for a podcast, go to https://www.fosteradoptmn.org/post-podcast-test/ and complete the questionnaire.

An email will be sent with a link to your certificates.
You will have 14 days to access and download your certificates.
