Sees Adolescents (12-18 Years), Adults, Couples and Families

The reason I’m in this field is due to the profound privilege of witnessing individuals grow and transform into who they aspire to be. As an outpatient therapist, I bring a background of a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Cloud State University. I am also trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Brainspotting. I am passionate about working with a diverse range of individuals, from pre-teens to adults, as well as couples and families. I am especially excited about helping teenagers build self-esteem and empower themselves. I bring additional training relevant to this population through my training experiences with PACC and NTI as well as Lifebook Certification.
