Helga is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Family Life Educator and provides individual therapy to children (pre-school and school age), adolescents and adults. Her specialties include relationship/couple therapy, family therapy and play therapy. Helga has many years of experience helping individuals and families involved in foster care and adoption systems.

Helga has a special interest in reducing the impact trauma has on children and adults’ lives and in building supportive and strong attachment relationships over a life time. She works collaboratively with clients when addressing issues of mood disorders, grief and loss, chronic illness, developmental disorders (Autism Spectrum Disorders), and delays.
